LongPing Agriscience Co., Ltd. is an agri-tech company under CITIC Group dedicated to the seed industry and biotechnology.     In South America, we’ve established R&D and technological innovation platform for the seeds of crops such as corn, soybean, sorghum, etc. We have 11 seed R&D sites, 3 production plants, and over 300 experienced R&D professionals. Our hybrids mainly focus on high-end and mid-to-high-end market, featuring high disease resistance, stable yield, healthy leaves, and extensive planting areas. In Brazil, we are one of the companies with the most complete tropical germplasm bank for winter and summer corn. We have a sales network of more than 300 franchisees covering the whole Brazilian market with high density. Our corn hybrids cover an annual planting area of  approximately 5 million hectares, with a market share of more than 20% in Brazil.

   In China, we’ve invested highly in domestic breeding innovation and reserves, successively built R&D stations in Nanning, Changsha, Hefei and other regions, establishing our R&D matrix of digital agricultural technology, contributing to global agricultural modernization. 

    In Africa, we are actively exploring the pilot mode of China-Africa trade, carrying out the whole-industry-chain mode including the integration of seed production and sales, commodity trading and logistics for soybean, corn, sorghum, etc. We are dedicated to solving the pain points of local growers for exportation, and creating new opportunities for global agricultural trade and investment.
