In June 2016, CITIC Agriculture united several companies such as Long Ping High-Tech (SZ:000998), Young Eagle Farming and Animal Husbandry (SZ:002477), Haida Group (SZ:002311), CSC (International), and Suzaku Investment to establish CITIC Agricultural Industry Fund Management Co., Ltd. ("CITIC Agricultural Fund") in June 2016 with a registered capital of RMB 100 million.

Mr. MAO Changqing, general manager of CITIC Agriculture, served as the chairman of the Fund. Mr. SHI Liang, the legal representative and general manager of the company, once served as chief agriculture analyst of CITIC Securities and was repeatedly awarded the title of the best analyst in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery industries by “The New Fortune”.
